Do not sell or share my personal information and other requests under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
Please read the following information to better understand the types of requests you can make here before filling out the form below.
IMPORTANT: This form is NOT for ‘Do Not Call’, ‘Do Not Email’ or ‘Unsubscribe’ requests.
- If you want your phone number to be on our “Do Not Call List”, please send an e-mail to privacy@andersencorp.com or to register for the national “Do Not Call Registry”, go to https://www.donotcall.gov/register.html.
- If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, please use the “Unsubscribe” link in one of the emails you have received.
The forms below are for making one of five requests described in the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information are the most common type of request. As stated in our Privacy Notice for California Residents, your rights in this regard are as follows:
“Sale or Sharing of Personal Information:
We sell or share certain Personal Information to our non-corporate-owned retail affiliates and dealers so that such non-corporate-owned retail affiliates and dealers can set up appointments and market to you, including in the last twelve (12) months. Such Personal Information includes your name, phone number, email address, mailing or street address, and other contact information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information:
As a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information by Andersen. Please click on Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info to create a record of your choice to opt-out. If you choose to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information, we may contact you after twelve (12) months to request authorization to sell or share your Personal Information.

With this, a third party is prohibited from any further sale or sharing of your information purchased from Andersen unless you receive explicit notice from that third party and are provided a separate opportunity to opt out.”

There are four other types of requests you can make under the CPRA (Delete my Personal Information, Identify my Personal Information (e.g., identify the Personal Information we collect about you, identify the Personal Information we sell or share about you, etc.), Correct any incorrect/incomplete Personal Information, and Limit Processing of Sensitive Personal Information) that have specific meanings and functions. Please provide correct and accurate identifying information in the required fields when completing this form. Supplying incorrect or falsified identification data in any of these fields may result in denial, delay, or erroneous processing of your data request.
